"Happinetz" means Happy Parents Lab Pvt Ltd a company registered under The Companies Act in India.
Happinetz does not provide international warranty service. Your Happinetz Box is only covered by the warranty policy of the country where the product was originally purchased. Currently it's for the Indian market only. If you need to ship your product back to the country where you originally purchased the product for warranty services, you will need to pay for both ways of shipping fees.

Thank you very much for purchasing your Happinetz Box. In order to protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the following Warranty Policy.
Limited Warranty
Happy Parents Lab Pvt Ltd provides a limited warranty for Happinetz boxes purchased in India. The warranty covers the main box and external power supply failures due to defects in material or workmanship. Packaging, various cables (Adapter & LAN cable), software products, technical data and other accessories are not covered by the warranty. The maximum liability of Happinetz Box is equal to or no higher than the product's purchased price. Happinetz does not provide a refund under any condition.

- We will replace the product with a refurbished one, should our support Technicians not be able to resolve the fault.
- No one is authorized to sell refurbished products. Also if you purchase a refurbished product then the warranty will be void.
- DOA may not have the same time frame in different retailers, but as long as the product is within the warranty period, Happinetz will provide the warranty service.
- For Products more than 6 months after purchase, we may provide refurbished replacement
- Warranty of power adapter/LAN cable doesn’t have any warranty
Replacement Procedure (for Customers)
If you find that your product is defective within the warranty period, please follow the steps below.
- Contact our team on the email id or contact number provided on the website to raise the issue and our team will try to resolve the same.
- Happinetz team may try every possible method to solve the issues.
- If still issues are not solved they will inform you of the process for replacement and how & where to send the Happinetz Box.
Please Note:
- Happinetz may reject or return products without accessories.
- Customers who apply for replacement are responsible for the one-way shipping fee and sending their defective product to the Happinetz office, details will be provided by the support team.
- Courier facility for replacement is available only from the Company-owned service centre and not from third-party service center. Happinetz is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment.
- Happinetz will return your product if it is no longer covered under the warranty policy.
- The warranty will be honored only by producing the invoice of purchase.
- Warranty will be treated null & void in case of Serial Number & MAC address of the product are removed, mutilated or tampered with (check sticker at the back of the box)
- Warranty will be treated null & void if the product is physically damaged, broken, wet, burnt.
Appendix:
- The warranty service stated above is only valid for products sold in India.
- Happy Parents Lab Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any warranty service provided by the distributor beyond this warranty policy. Please obtain documents during purchase in order to ensure that it is honored by the distributor.
- For any direct or indirect damage that prohibits the product from functioning normally, Happinetz shall only be liable for the duties stipulated by state law.
- Happy Parents Lab Pvt Ltd shall neither, on any account, respond to any loss caused by damages such as improper use of applications and configurations, nor respond to any accusation put forward by a third party.
