Happinetz offers a subscription-based model to continue providing its full suite of parental control features, content filtering, monitoring tools, and system updates after the initial year of purchase.
2. First-Year Inclusion
- Every Happinetz Box comes with a complimentary subscription included in the purchase price.
- This includes:
- Full access to all software features and content filtering services.
- One-year product warranty.
3. Subscription Renewal
- After the completion of complimentary subscription, users can renew their subscription annually at the prevailing rate.
- Each subscription renewal includes:
- Continued access to all Happinetz services.
- Extension of warranty coverage, subject to conditions below.
4. Warranty Coverage Linked to Subscription
- Year 1: Warranty included with purchase.
- Years 2 & 3: Warranty is extended with each successful subscription renewal.
- From Year 4 onwards:
- Subscription can still be renewed to maintain access to services.
- Warranty coverage will no longer be included beyond the third year.

6. Lapsed Subscriptions
- If a user fails to renew the subscription:
- Access to filtering, control features, and parental management tools will be disabled.
- Warranty is automatically voided if subscription is not active (within the 3-year eligibility period).
7. Important Notes
- Warranty is only valid while the subscription is active within the first three years.
- Physical damage or misuse of the product is not covered under the warranty.
- Users will be notified prior to the expiration of their current subscription with renewal instructions.
