Happinetz's 7-day returns policy for a Happinetz Box purchase.

We want to ensure that every Happinetz Box out there is a useful addition to every home. Currently, Happinetz comes with a 7-day return policy for any Happinetz box purchased through the Happinetz website.

Happinetz Box purchased through any other retail channel is subject to the return policies for that retailer.

Please note return policy is applicable only for the Happinetz Box and not for the renewal of a subscription to Happinetz services. Once a subscription is renewed, it cannot be reversed.

How to return your Happinetz Box order

If you are within the return period and wish to initiate the return of any Happinetz Box purchased through the Happinetz website (happinetz.com), check your dashboard after logging in for order history & you will see the return option. This will only remain active for 7 days from the date of delivery of the box. Or check the details of the order from the order ID number. If you are facing any issues please contact the support team on the email ID provided on the website.

Please include the following details while contacting support:

  • Your name
  • Order number (from your order confirmation email)
  • Shipping address
  • Anything you are willing to share about what is prompting your return
  • Please also add if you'd like assistance with troubleshooting

To initiate the return of any Happinetz Box purchased through a retailer other than us, please contact that retailer for information regarding how to return your box. All Happinetz Box returns must be processed through the retailer through which the box was originally purchased.

I don't have the Happinetz packaging or cords that came with it, will that affect my return?

We will not accept a return without these items so make sure you send the return in the same form as it has arrived to you with packaging & cables etc.

Cancellation of Order Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, orders need to be canceled. In the event that a buyer decides to cancel an order before delivery or refuses to accept the order during delivery, a nominal deduction of 500/- flat for delivery and other charges will be applicable.

Rest assured, we prioritize a seamless experience for our customers. Once the returned box is received at our warehouse, the refunded amount will be promptly processed. We value your time and appreciate your understanding as the refund may take 2-3 days to reflect in your account.

Refund terms

After the box is received , within the 2-3 days, your refund will be processed & money will refunded to the same account/UPI/card.

Do note- Device, packaging & cables should be in intact condition otherwise refund might not be processed.
